1.What areas do you service?

We service the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon, Oakville, Milton , Burlington, Vaughan, Markham, Richmondhill  and are happy to perform work on the outskirts on these zones as well.

2. How are your prices compared to other companies?

We are very honest with our pricing and we work with the top softwares to determine our prices and deliver our clients with the best possible prices for their projects.

3. Why BELLA What makes you different from other companies?

BELLA is dedicated to customer satisfaction no matter what size the job is. We take all steps to ensure the project goes smoothly and our clients are happy. We stand apart from other companies in many ways. Our group have commercial and residential experience in Carpentry and management on big known city jobs.

4. What is your payment policy?

 Depending on the complicity of the job our payment policy will vary. On a medium- large job a  deposit is taken while signing the contract followed by payments made in stages throughout your project.

5. Do you have insurance coverage?

 Yes, absolutely. BELLA holds insurance with a general liability of  $2 million dollars.

6. How long will it take to complete the project?

  Each project is different from the other. The timing completely depends on the type of project and design/plans. However, once the design/plans are finalized, we do give an estimation of the time it will take to complete.

7.  Can I get a quote over the phone?

 In order to give a proper and accurate quote we require a visit to the property and discuss what your needs are. 

8. Will there be a  legal document/contract to sign between us?

 Yes. Once you have agreed upon the designs/plan with us. There will be a legal document/contract signing before starting the project. 

9. Do you have a warranty policy?

 Yes we do. Depending on the project, it usually is 1 -10 years depending on the Project type.
